Been really into green foods lately. I made this power Green Juice which was really refreshing and healthy and full of antioxidants!


Ingredients
  • Melon (I used 3 types; watermelon, pink and white)
  • 1 Green Apple
  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Ginger
  • Tablespoon of Honey
  • Lemon and Lime Juice
I am also an avid guacamole lover; I'll make it fresh at home as well as tweak classic recipes. My favourite is the Wahaca restaurant recipe, although I don't add chilli because I'm not a lover of spicy things. Wahaca is one of my favourite restaurants as the food is beautiful and the staff are amazing. They even added a video including this recipe here.


The bread is pumpkin seed and cranberry from ASDA which I drizzled with olive oil and stuck in the oven until nice and crispy, perfect for dipping!




This is so easy to make and really tasty and filling; perfect for dinner parties, snacks or starters. Food like this is also for losing weight as well since you get all your nutrients without left feeling hungry afterwards.
